MoreFire! Chili

  • 1 onion (rough chop)
  • 3 scallion ( rough chop)
  • 2 garlic cloves ( minced)
  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 lb turkey sausage ground
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 (5oz.) bottle sauce (Goldson’s MoreFire! Hot Sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp. chilli pepper
  • 1/2 tsp.ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. of adobo
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans drained or 1lb bag beans (pre soaked)
  • 2 Tbsp. of honey
  • 1 1/2 can chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp of thyme (fresh preferred)
  • 1/4th cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  1. In large sauce pan heat oil (medium heat) and brown turkey and ground sausage. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot heat oil on medium heat add onions, scallions, sauté until soft. Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
  3. Combine red wine and bottle of MoreFire sauce bring to a boil and reduce liquid to about half of original mixture.
  4. Add to the liquids: chili powder, adobo, cloves, cumin, honey, bay leaves and stir until fully mixed.
  5. On medium heat combine turkey mixture to the liquids and stir.
  6. Add stock.( adding water as needed to cover the mixture).
  7. Add thyme and bring to a boil, set on low and let simmer for at least two hours
    ** the longer it simmers the better but on low heat, you do not want the beans to become mush**
  8. Garnish with diced onions, scallions, and shredded cheese.

MoreFire! Ranch Burgers

MoreFire! Ranch Burgers

(6 servings) -brought to you by Chef Meesh



  • 3lbs Ground sirloin
  • ¼ c Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp of Goya Completo seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Can of Pam original oil spray
  • 1 Bottle of MoreFire! Hotsauce
  • 1 heart of Romain lettuce
  • 1 Ripe tomato, fresh
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Jar of sandwich pickles
  • 1 small pack od chorizo sausage
  • Slices of Munster cheese (1 slice per burger)
  • 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise


  1. Mix together ground sirloin, ranch dressing, Goya seasoning and salt and pepper.
  2. Cover mixture and place in fridge for an hour.
  3. Grab about a fist full of sirloin and form in to balls. Place balls on a sheet of foil sprayed with Pam.
  4. Fatten balls with the palm of your hand and use your thumb to make an indent in the middle (this will cause your burgers not to shrink). Spray the top of the burgers with Pam.
  5. Heat your grill to about 400 degrees, using a flat iron spatula transfer burgers to grill, place burgers on grill and cook till blood forms in the middle of the indented burger. This is when you know to flip your burger and cook till desired temperature.
  6. Build burger and top with Goldson’s MoreFire! Hot Sauce.

MoreFire! Naked Nugget Grillers

MoreFire! Naked Nugget Grillers (Serves 8)


This is the ultimate tailgating food item that will easily be the highlight of the food table. Easy to make, tastes Great! A great recipe to show you the versatility and mobility of Goldson’s MoreFire! Hot Sauce.



– 4 skinless/boneless chicken beasts
– 10 oz of Goldson’s MoreFire! Hot Sauce

Prep Work:

1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces the size of 1-2 inch chucks

2. Mix the chicken chunks and roughly 6 ounces of Goldson’s MoreFire! HotSauce in a bowl/container until meat is evenly coated

3. Place meat & MoreFire! mix into a large ziploc bag and let it marinate in the fridge (or cooler) for at least 1/2 hour OR overnight if have the time

Cooking Directions:

(be sure you plan on cooking in well ventilated area)

1a. FOR OPEN FLAME GRILL:Place the marinated chicken on grill

1b. FOR SAUTE PAN:Coat the bottom of the pan with butter or margarine

2. Cook chicken and stir/flip as needed for 8-10 minutes OR until chicken is firm, tender and thoroughly cooked.

3. Place grilled chicken in serving dish

4. Pour 4

oz of Goldson’s MoreFire! Hot Sauce on chicken and mix until coated

5. Serve and enjoy!
